It’s with sincere pleasure that I write this review! I found Shannon when I moved to Cleveland three years ago while browsing reviews for hairstylists. She already had great reviews from her previous employer so I scheduled an appointment with her. It was a great decision because I’ve been seeing her ever since! I’m really finicky with my hair and never know how to explain what I want and Shannon always takes the time to listen to me, seeking to understand. I’m used to stylists dismissing my comments/concerns since I’m not the best at articulating them and feeling like they’re rushing me out the door. Shannon works through all my hair and styling concerns and has been a true hair mentor to me! She consistently provides feedback on products that work with my hair type (she’s never once been sales-y) as well as styling techniques, making sure my hair remains healthy and polished. She’s carefully and meticulously updated my long, straight, “millennial” layers that have honestly become my safety blanket over the last 15-20 years. Everyone else has given me the same cut this entire time! I have fine yet dense hair which doesn’t hold a curl or have a lot of volume and Shannon somehow manages to cut it in such a way that it has this beautiful movement and updated feel without changing up my whole look, even when I just do a simple rough blow dry. And it gets even better as it grows out! Highly recommend going to Shannon if you need a trusted stylist, truly can’t say enough good things, I will follow her anywhere!

I have had many stylist and colorist in my Day. Once Shannon became my stylist I have never looked back. This woman can cut, color, style and her extensions are top notch. My hair has gone from Black, blonde, blue you name it. My hair is absolutely healthy! She is amazing'

This is a great community salon! I specifically go to Shannon for all of my hair care needs! Shannon has done wonders for my hair for repair and new growth! She is constantly learning new techniques to bring to her clients! Every time I enter Bombshell, I'm greeted warmly and I leave feeling amazing and receive warm wishes from all! I've been coming to this salon for a while now and it's the best. The staff are always kind and welcoming, the facility is clean and nicely decorated, and there is plenty of parking nearby. Shannon is my go-to and she hits the mark EVERY single time. She is beyond talented!
